Once upon a time the annual Tulip Time Flower Festival in Bowral, New South Wales, was heralded by early morning road races and a lively community parade along Bong Bong Street.

The Bowral parade was popular and enjoyed strong local support. Nevertheless, it was cancelled after 2018 and no longer takes place.
